What to include
Tell us which RISN screen or feature you were using, what you expected, what happened, your device model, its software version, and the RISN build number when available. Never send your password, verification code, Apple Health data, or route coordinates.
Permissions & Apple Health
Location, notification and Apple Health access are managed in your device’s Settings. Apple doesn’t tell apps whether Health read access was denied or no matching data exists, so RISN may show a value as unavailable.
Account & privacy
Read the RISN App Privacy Policy or follow the account deletion steps. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@risn.app.
Clubs & community safety
Report a post, comment, member or club from inside the app, or email safety@risn.app. Read the Community Guidelines.
